Selective Business Engagements
Gingras Global has a niche set of services sitting within a niche, growing industry of social enterprise and impact investing. Within the niche is a large set of skills that we may or may not have available for the requested work.
In the past, we have turned away more than 60% of the requests for engagement annually.
Due to our increased expectations of excellence, we now require all three in-house resources made available to take on a new engagement. If we do not have the following three resources available within our team, we are not able to engage for the proposed work.
Expertise
A minimum of one person on the team must have at least one of the following expertise(s) related to the potential engagement: personal training, education, certifications, or other demonstrated knowledge of the subject matter.

Experience
A minimum of one person on the team must have actual experience with this type of case; experience applying expertise.

Capacity
If the engagement meets our expertise and experience qualifiers, then we assess for availability on the team. A potential engagement may be placed on a waitlist for no more than 18 months. Waitlist engagements are handled in the order they have been placed on the list (oldest first) and provided a 30-day notice as the availability opens.

Periodically, if time and capacity permits, we may pilot a new type of project engagement. A pilot is a rare event that would have to be tested internally and is highly unlikely. If we are unable to meet the potential engagement requirements, we will attempt to refer you to someone that may be able to assist you.
